Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day after delivery. To cancel, email hello@thefourthcat.co.uk or use our cancellation form.

Returning a piece

Please send the piece back within 14 days of letting us know. We will send you return instructions and cover the cost of return delivery. If a piece comes back damaged, or used beyond simply inspecting it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the piece back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it, if that comes first.

Commissioned pieces

Commissioned pieces made to your specification cannot be cancelled under the 14-day right. The terms of each commission are agreed with you before work begins.
