Shipping policy

Delivery is free on all orders within the United Kingdom. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.

Delivery times

Pieces held in the UK usually arrive within 10-15 days of your order. We confirm the delivery date before dispatch.

Delivery dates for commissioned pieces are agreed in writing when the commission is confirmed.

Damaged or faulty pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@thefourthcat.co.uk with photographs and keep the packaging. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
